PROFESSIONAL GOLFERS ASSOCIATION (PGA)

The Professional Golfers Association (PGA) is the Australian peak body for golfing professionals.

PGA's Professional Development Programs are of key importance to the organisation, to ensure the level of member professionalism and service provided across their various national facilities, continues to move forward.

In partnership with the PGA, Alan Strudwick Consulting designed and implemented the following Professional Development Programs:

  • 12-month Culture Change Program

  • Executive Leadership Capability Program

  • New Performance Management Program

  • Sales and Merchandising Capability Program for all Pro Shops nationally

  • Induction and Sales Program for new members

  • Key note speaker at national conference
